The vineyard is a magical place. The heartbeat of nature, the personality of the soil, and the expression of the fruit collide with the will of the man (or woman) tending the vines.

We offer for your consideration a new monthly event, focused on a singular brand, with multiple offerings sold in a wine flight. Different makers, different styles, and brands you may have never heard of. A letter of sorts, from the vineyard itself.

In July, for the very first time, we are doing two flights from one producer.

Gonc Winery, from Slovenia, is Peter Gonc’s brainchild, but it’s actually a continuation of four generations of winemaking in the region. These wines are creative, unique, and unapologetic. And we absolutely could not pick just three or four. So we picked eight! They are divided into two unique flights:

The Rock n Roll Flight: “Pour Some Sugar On Me” Gamay, “Sabotage” Blaufrankisch, “War Pig” Yellow Muscat, and “Dirty Deeds” Pinot Noir.

The Vibes Flight: “Anna” Rose, “Harvest Moon” Pinot Grigio, “60’s” Kerner, “The Little One” Slovenian White
