Super Bowl Bash!
For the third year in a row, we will be hosting a Super Bowl watch party here at Brouwerij DuBois. Come enjoy the big game with us. Here’s what we have going on:
The game will be on both TVs with the sound on the overhead speaker.
Bear Creek BBQ will be on site starting at 1 PM serving up lunch and supper, then will stay through halftime of the game. Stay tuned for updates on specialty items for the Big Game!
Wear your favorite team’s gear to get into the game, even if your team got eliminated from contention 9 weeks ago and has a top 5 draft pick! It’s just more fun that way!
Super Bowl Squares is back, so get in early to snag yours and try to win the pot!
We will be open through at least the third quarter. If the crowd is still there, we can finish the game out!
Come hang with us for the last football game of the season!

It’s fun, it’s whimsical, and we will do it every month. Because we want to celebrate as much and as often as we can. And because we love you and you deserve it.

Daytona 500 Throw Down!
Embrace your inner redneck, throw down some domestic brews, and enjoy some good, old-fashioned, southern-style racing! We kick off the Nascar season with a cultural experience for all!
We will have the race on both TVs with the volume up, domestic draft specials, games, contests, pools, and more.
The green flag is scheduled to drop around 2:30 PM, but arrive early to enter the pools, which will close right when the race starts. Various cautions will result in some side quests like a fashion show, trivia round, and more.
Don’t forget to dress as NASCAR as you possibly can. Hit the Goodwill for a tattered Mark Martin t-shirt. Grow out the hair on the back of your hear and neatly trim those growing up front. Trucker caps are practically required. You get the point… And we WILL have a prize for the NASCAR KING and NASCAR QUEEN of 2026.
Let’s get after it y’all!
Books At The Brouwerij
This evening, we will be discussing “The Rosie Project” by Graeme Simpson.
NOTE: Even if you haven’t finished the book, we encourage you to join the group and listen in on the discussion! No pressure!

Vinyl Night
One night per month, we pull out the turntable and set the wax spinning. We do this because its cathartic: the phono-harmonic sounds wash over us as we enjoy a slightly more simple evening, one with a slower vibe, a few breaks in the music here and there, and tunes that whisper to us of days gone by.
It’s pretty simple:
We plug up the record player and play an album side.
You bring a record and we will play a side of it for the taproom.
The next guest does the same.
We enjoy an eclectic mix of music together over the course of an evening.
And we drink to the rhythm of the needle and the grooves.
So join us and bring a record to share. Keep it classy, as we are a family friendly establishment, and will not play an album side that is overly inappropriate. It’s bound to be a good time!
March Birthday Bash

St. Patrick's Day Party!
Slainte!
Any opportunity to party in the neighborhood, you know we are going to jump on it and St. Patrick’s Day is an easy one.
We will throw the doors open at 4 PM like usual, but that’s where the similarities will end. A draft line up chock full of awesome Irish-inspired beers, with a few authentic ones from the Emerald Isle trickled in there. And yes, we will have Green Beers too!
Plus, our friends at Smoke Revival Meat Co will be doing a Smoke Pastrami Sandwich Pop Up, and if you know anything about those guys, you know they bring the fire and will DEFINITELY sell out before the night is over, so don’t wait. Food service hours TBA.
On top of that, we will have a fun live music line up on the patio to keep the party moving along.
Make plans to come hang out with us. Also, might be good to take a personal day on March 18. Just sayin…

Winnie Pour Wednesday
Our friend Winnie is always on the lookout for a killer wine deal. And her idea of a great pour is heavier than normal, and a bit cheaper than usual. So once a month, we source a killer wine, and oblige on the pour.
A Winnie Wine Pour is an 8 oz serving of killer wine for just $6.
One day only. From the time we open, until last call or we run out, whichever comes first.
Our January selection features two lovely wines from the Visintini estate in Italy, just a couple of miles from the Slovenian border. The Visintini siblings (Oliviera, Palmira, and Cinzia) took over the estate which was purchased by their grandfather and included the ruins of an old castle! The family, over the generations, has restored the beauty of the space and create an array of wines using indigenous grapes. They are wine geeks of the best kind. Read more about them, their wines, and the place here!
This month, we are serving their Pinot Grigio and Franconia wines, with an 8 oz glass of either for just $6. Or buy the whole bottle for $17 for on-site OR to-go. Either way, its a killer deal for good wines.
Bottoms up!

Winter Wine Grab Bag Sale
Throughout the year, we do a number of different wine special evenings, and often times, we end up with a few unopened leftover bottles. As the months have rolled on, we have accumulated quite a stash. So we want to clear out some inventory, but we don’t want to just do any old wine sale. Let’s make it exciting as well as impactful!
Here’s how it works:
We are going to put all these wines, roughly 60-70 bottles, in wine gift bags, complete with red and green gift paper. Then, we are going to set them out on the table in the taproom.
All day long, you can stop in and grab a bag. Each one costs just $20, plus tax. Super simple, super easy.
For a cherry on top, we are going to donate exactly $5 from each grab bag we sell to our friends at Stella’s Rescue, a local farm who specializes in rescuing, rehabilitating, and re-homing a variety of animals.
These grab bags make amazing, ready-made gifts. Just buy it and give it away. White elephant presents, a gift for the host of the holiday party, or even the perfect stocking stuffer for your wine loving friend or family. Hell, you can just buy it for yourself and try something new and different!
There will be a mix of reds, whites, and everything in between, so keep an open mind and enjoy the fruit of the vine!
Wine Grab Bags will be available beginning at Noon. There is no limit to the number you can purchase. While supplies last. Happy grabbing!

A Winnie Wine Pour is an 8 oz serving of killer wine for just $6.
One day only. From the time we open, until last call or we run out, whichever comes first.
Our December selection features two lovely wines from the Phantom Wines line by Bogle. This one is simple folks. The red blend is full bodied without being pretentious. It’s rich, luscious, and incredibly smooth for all that concentration of berry and spice. The chardonnay, which is aged in both French and American oak, is rich, creamy, and complex, with fruity notes drizzled in vanilla and caramel.
Again, an 8 oz glass of either for just $6. Or buy the whole bottle for $16 for on-site OR to-go. Either way, its a killer deal for good holiday wines.
Bottoms up!

Letters From The Vineyard: Queen Of The Sierra
The vineyard is a magical place. The heartbeat of nature, the personality of the soil, and the expression of the fruit collide with the will of the man (or woman) tending the vines.
We offer for your consideration a new monthly event, focused on a singular brand, with multiple offerings sold in a wine flight. Different makers, different styles, and brands you may have never heard of. A letter of sorts, from the vineyard itself.
In November, we dive face first into one of the most famous winemakers of the new age of California wine-making, Matthew Rorick, and his Forlorn Hope brand. Specifically, we indulge in the array of colors, flavors, and seasons of the Queen of The Sierra line up.
Four offerings, three ounces each, for just $15. Because sharing is caring, and the barrier to entry in good, fun, magical, and unknown wines should not be expensive.
There are only 30 of these flights available. One night only, and while supplies last.
“The Queen Of The Sierra wines are a celebration of the steep limestone and schist slopes of Rorick Heritage Vineyard in the Sierra Foothills. Made from 100% estate-grown fruit, they are organically farmed, hand-harvested, spontaneously fermented by native yeasts, unfiltered and unfined, with nothing added mut minimal effective sulfur. These are honest and pure California estate wines made with soul that are approachable.”
Read more about these wines at their website here!
Our Cup Runneth Over
We are so blessed yall.
Our humble taproom has become a gathering space for so many, a little home away from home for folks. We’ve seen community thrive and friendships blossom and laughs and tears and celebration and mourning. Our cup is full. No, in fact, our cup runneth over. We have more than we need. And so we give back.
Each month, we invite regulars and neighbors to serve as “Guest Bartenders” for one evening in support of a local non-profit that means so much to them. They get the word out, they work with the organization to be present for the event, and we help them create a memorable experience that results in raising money and awareness. A portion of the proceeds from each of these events goes directly back to the organization.
For November, our friend Lindsay Reynolds will be the Guest Bartender in support of her organization, Postpartum Resource Center of the Triad, a group of mental health specialists who support the mental health well-being of moms, dads, and partners through pregnancy and beyond.
We invite you to come ask questions, learn about what they do, and even make an additional contribution of your own.
It’s Taco Tuesday, so South of Brooklyn will be on the lot serving tacos, nachos, and burrito bowls. Our menu of beverages has something for everyone. We would love to have you!
Harvest Festival 2025
The turn of the seasons continues. The 2025 harvest is complete, or nearly so. And so we gather to commune, to rest, to rejoice, and to imbibe. Autumn is soon to pass, so we embrace it once more before the winter sets in.
Join us as we celebrate another bountiful and beautiful growing season by supporting our farmers, makers, and merchants, by reveling in the songs that fill the air, by hoisting a pint with friends, by partaking in fun and festive traditions.
The Harvest Market - A collection of local farmers, crafters, makers, and merchants, with various wares for sale. Late season produce, fresh meats, baked goods, and canned veggies from small, independent farmers. Pottery, stained glass, woodwork, and soaps and health products from local makers. Oddities, gifts, collectibles, and personal items from merchants. There’s something for everyone as we fill our pantries, cellars, and freezers for the coming winter, or begin our Christmas gift shopping early!
The Harvest Feast - Adam from Fortress BBQ is serving up the goodies this year, with smoked meat filling the air. Brisket, pulled pork, ribs, plus fixins like baked beans and elote will transport you home! The food is unbelievable, and befitting a moment such as this!
The Harvest Cup - Our taps will flow with beers born from the earth, brewed with intention, and served with care. Sweet potato ales, beet IPAs, pumpkin porters, and peach infused brews. Try something new as we raise a glass to the ground beneath us that gives us life. Plus, a full wine menu, NA options, and more, so there truly is something for everyone!
The Harvest Stage - Our friend Taylor Mason will take to the patio from 4-6 PM to perform original tunes for your enjoyment. Her country roots with an Americana vibe will have you tapping your feet and enjoying yourself thoroughly!
Keep an eye on our FACEBOOK EVENT (CLICK HERE) for a full line up of attending vendors as we get closer. Let us know you’re coming, share the event with friends, and bring the family. We hope to see you then!
November Birthday Bash
Born in November? Come celebrate your birthday with us!
Each child (or adult) of November will get a little birthday hat and a bubbly beverage on the house. We will have homemade cupcakes celebrating you, and will do a toast around 7 PM to your having survived a whole nother year! During this short ceremony, any guest may raise a toast to their loved one or friend and say a word or two about that person for the sake of celebration, and when those are complete, we throw the drink back, sing, and cut the (cup)cake.
It’s fun, it’s whimsical, and we will do it every month. Because we want to celebrate as much and as often as we can. And because we love you and you deserve it.
Cheers and happy birthday!

We will explore classic consoles and the best games of old. And it’s totally free to play! Just swing in, play a round or two, then let the next player jump in.
The line up for this one:

Two Year Anniversary Party!
Two years ago this coming weekend we threw open the doors and welcomed you in. Not just into our humble taproom, but into our hearts, into our family, into communion with one another. And you’ve never left.
This Saturday, all day long, is a celebration of the community that has been built here on our little corner on the Outskirts of Town. We consider this day our love letter, etched in stone, to you. Each and every one of you.
Let’s party!
* Our Anniversary tap lineup is piled up with some unbelievable beers and brands available for pours from the time we open until they sell out or the evening swallows us.
* Live music kicks off at 12:30 PM with four different acts playing on the patio throughout the day. Snag a spot and enjoy the tunes!
* We will host three complimentary toasts throughout the day each with a Belgian or French bent! The full music schedule and toast lineup are linked HERE.
* Our good buddies from Uptown Pizza will be handling lunch from 12 PM to 4 PM Saturday, followed by our buddy Kenny of Kenny’s Smash Burgers fame who is here for supper from 5 PM to 9 PM.
* Nick of Foothills Brewing will be here from 4 PM to 6 PM doing a free Little Trees tasting.
* We are also doing a donation drive for Our Lady of Salem, the Winter overflow shelter for women experiencing homelessness in Winston-Salem. Help us fill up the bed of the pick up with the following items:
Melatonin Gummies
NyQuil/Dayquil (generic is okay!)
Liquid Laundry Detergent (any brand)
Cans of Ground Coffee (regular, NO DECAF)
Powdered Cream and Sugar
If everyone that attends brings an item for the truck, we should fill the bed easily and make a huge impact this winter!
* Finally, we are all about community and connecting people, and you know we like to embrace the old school, DIY methods! So all day long, we will have FREE POSTCARDS for you to send to someone you love. Write a note, add their name and address, and slip it in the mailbox we have on site. It’s that easy. We even provide the stamps. We hope this might spark some re-connection, maybe even a good old fashioned correspondence between friends!

Murder At The Meadowlark Mansion
The Lewisville United Society of Historians (LUSH for short) is hosting their annual fundraising ball, and this time, it’s a big one. The Meadowlark Mansion renovation project is ready to break ground next Spring, but the funding has hit a snag, so this event is vital. Unfortunately for Dr. and Mrs. Winston, the chairs of LUSH, Lewsiville has seen a slew of random homicides over recent weeks. In fact, roughly 10 victims have come to light. Anxiety is high and all the talk is about the murders. To top it off, this year’s ball is on Halloween itself! And this, this is where our story begins…
You are invited to step into the role of an attendee to the LUSH Annual Fundraising Ball at the Historic Meadowlark Mansion. Register below to lock in your spot and receive your character assignment. A few notes:
After you register, you will be assigned a character that will be sent to you within 72 hours from the time you sign up. This is the character that you will play as throughout the entire experience of this event.
Remaining in character and dressing up is REQUIRED!
Doors open to attendees at 6 PM, the mystery begins at 7 PM, and should wrap up between 9:30 and 10 PM.
Each participant has a chance of being the victim, the murderer, and the one to solve the crime! However, these roles will only be revealed as the plot unfolds throughout the evening.
Included in your ticket: Your Character Assignment, All In-Game Materials (Character Clues, Prompts, Investigation Cards, etc.), 1 Pour of Phantom Red Blend Wine (Served during the opening toast of the LUSH ball), heavy hors d’oeuvres available for grazing throughout the evening, and participation in two bonus games to be played by all during the course of the festivities.
There are only 65 spaces available, and we will NOT accept any additional participants. So sign up now to get your spot and start building your costume!
PLEASE NOTE: The Brouwerij DuBois taproom will NOT be open to the public. Only registered participants may be present.
The bar will be open, with a spooky draft list, a THC cocktail special, and a specialty wine menu.
There will also be prizes and giveaways throughout the evening for various superlatives and for the winners of various games/contests.
This is a 21 and up event only, and we ask that you leave the four-legged friends at home as well.
If you have questions, email jordan@brouwerijdubois.com.
See you there!
Build Your Own Spirit Doll
SouthWitch is hosting a Build Your Own Spirit Doll course right here at Brouwerij DuBois and it promises to be a be-witching good time! There are additional details or you can Sign up at their page by clicking here!
Books At The Brouwerij
This evening, we will be discussing “The Girls of Atomic City” by Denise Kiernan
NOTE: Even if you haven’t finished the book, we encourage you to join the group and listen in on the discussion! No pressure!
Remember, you can purchase the book for a discount at both Bookmarks (downtown behind Foothills Pub) and The Book Ferret (in the Lowes Foods shopping center at Robinhood/Peace Haven) so swing by one of those spots and let them know you are with the Brouwerij DuBois Book Club!
Patio Music: Carolina Clay
Music is elemental. Enjoying live music, in the company of friends and neighbors, it makes us human. This tradition continues, under the string lights of the Brouwerij DuBois patio, with local singer/songwriters playing their own pieces for your enjoyment. Come and partake!
Never a cover. Always family and dog friendly. Food trucks, cold beer, fully curated wine list. Dress accordingly for the NC weather.
Our final installment of Patio Music for the Fall features Carolina Clay, whose country vibes mesh with personal stories in the most refreshing way. She will be playing for two hours with an intermission mixed in there.

Letters From The Vineyard
The vineyard is a magical place. The heartbeat of nature, the personality of the soil, and the expression of the fruit collide with the will of the man (or woman) tending the vines.
We offer for your consideration a new monthly event, focused on a singular brand, with multiple offerings sold in a wine flight. Different makers, different styles, and brands you may have never heard of. A letter of sorts, from the vineyard itself.
And where else would we start, than with Visuals, the wines produced by the amazing folks at Burial Beer Co.
Three offerings, three ounces each, for just $13. That’s an unreal price.
2022 Embody The Spirit Gamay, 2023 Absent In The Void Chardonnay, and 2021 Into The Vast Unknown Red Blend.
There are only 30 of these flights available. One night only, and while supplies last.
For October, Ashley Robbins will be the Guest Bartender in support of Our Lady of Salem, an overflow shelter for unhoused and homeless women in Winston-Salem during the coldest months of the year. The number of our neighbors who are experiencing homelessness is only increasing, and this mission absolutely saves lives.
We invite you to come ask questions, learn about what they do, and even make an additional contribution of your own.
It’s Taco Tuesday, so South of Brooklyn will be on the lot serving tacos, nachos, and burrito bowls. Our menu of beverages has something for everyone. We would love to have you!
