Winnie Pour Wednesday
Our friend Winnie is always on the lookout for a killer wine deal. And her idea of a great pour is heavier than normal, and a bit cheaper than usual. So once a month, we source a killer wine, and oblige on the pour.
A Winnie Wine Pour is an 8 oz serving of killer wine for just $6.
One day only. From the time we open, until last call or we run out, whichever comes first.
Our August selection features two lovely wines from Cuenca in central Spain. Vinted completely from estate grown grapes, organic, biodynamic, and 100% vegan, these wines reap the benefits of the continental Mediterranean climate, which provides plenty of sunshine during the day for fast ripening grapes, but cold nights that lends heightened aromas and flavors. The Rose and Tempranillo are delightful, especially for September, as the warm days hold on for dear life.
Come grab an 8 oz pour of one or both for just $6. One night only!
NFL Kickoff Party
We are so excited about the new NFL season and as usual, we are kicking it off with a bash. We will have games on the TVs in the taproom and might even throw some games up outside on additional TVs (if we can pull that off!), prizes and taproom games, and of course, wear your team’s gear to show your support!
On top of all that, Kenny’s Smash Burgers will be on site serving up their amazing juicy cheeseburgers for your football watching pleasure. Oh, and there will also be good beer on tap. You will not want to miss this!
Cheers!

September Birthday Bash
Born in September? Come celebrate your birthday with us!
Each child (or adult) of September will get a little birthday hat and a bubbly beverage on the house. We will have homemade cupcakes celebrating you, and will do a toast around 7 PM to your having survived a whole nother year! During this short ceremony, any guest may raise a toast to their loved one or friend and say a word or two about that person for the sake of celebration, and when those are complete, we throw the drink back, sing, and cut the (cup)cake.
It’s fun, it’s whimsical, and we will do it every month. Because we want to celebrate as much and as often as we can. And because we love you and you deserve it.
Cheers and happy birthday!

Vinyl Night
One night per month, we pull out the turntable and set the wax spinning. We do this because its cathartic: the phono-harmonic sounds wash over us as we enjoy a slightly more simple evening, one with a slower vibe, a few breaks in the music here and there, and tunes that whisper to us of days gone by.
It’s pretty simple:
We plug up the record player and play an album side.
You bring a record and we will play a side of it for the taproom.
The next guest does the same.
We enjoy an eclectic mix of music together over the course of an evening.
And we drink to the rhythm of the needle and the grooves.
So join us and bring a record to share. Keep it classy, as we are a family friendly establishment, and will not play an album side that is overly inappropriate. It’s bound to be a good time!
Patio Music: Jeremiah McKinley Band
Music is elemental. Enjoying live music, in the company of friends and neighbors, it makes us human. This tradition continues, under the string lights of the Brouwerij DuBois patio, with local singer/songwriters playing their own pieces for your enjoyment. Come and partake!
Never a cover. Always family and dog friendly. Food trucks, cold beer, fully curated wine list. Dress accordingly for the NC weather.
This installment will feature Jeremiah McKinley, a duo of brothers Jeremiah Christian and Noah McKinley playing a set of their original folk rock tunes. Their combination of upbeat tunes and stringy riffs mesh with gritty vocals over melodies that keep you enthralled. Check out their music on Spotify and then come listen to them live at Brouwerij DuBois!

Classics On The Corner
Classic vehicles, with their intentional designs, bright colors, powerful engines, and endless stories, inspire our American spirit. They are to be revered, but they are also to be driven, to be observed, conversed over, and held in awe. Twice per year, we host some of our regulars who own these immaculate machines as they convene in the lot to showcase their cars.
This event is free to attend for the public, with no purchase necessary to walk the lot and admire the cars. That being said, we will have a full list of amazing craft brews on tap, additional adult options in cans/bottles, a carefully curated wine list, and several N/A options for non-drinkers and kids alike.
Philly Masters food truck will also be on site serving up their delicious cheesesteaks for your enjoyment.
We invite you to join us for the spectacle!
THIS CRUISE-IN INVOLVES CARS THAT HAVE BEEN PRE-APPROVED AND CURATED. IF YOU HAVE A CAR YOU WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO SHOW, PLEASE EMAIL JORDAN@BROUWERIJDUBOIS.COM TO MAKE SURE WE HAVE A SPACE FOR YOU AND GET THE DETAILS

The big toast is going to be at 7:30 PM sharp, with a little free surprise for all in attendance at that point.
Rob’s Bear Creek BBQ, one of Alejandro’s all time favorites, will be here serving up supper, including his personal choice, the Korean BBQ Smoked Wings.

Devotion Cider Tasting
Mitchell Britt started Devotion Cider several years ago after going to work for Molley Chomper for a couple of years during the Covid outbreak. In the last two years he has developed quite a cult following with his dry and yet lively ciders. We have put several on draft here at Brouwerij DuBois, and as we roll out a more comprehensive cider menu for on premise or to go consumption, we are excited to welcome Mitchell in for a chance to talk to our guests directly and tell the stories of his ciders.
On Sunday July 20, Mitchell will be in the taproom from 4:30 PM until …
He will be pouring from several bottles of his ciders, talking about the orchards, the processes, the flavors, and telling stories. He’s a wonderful guy, with amazing products, doing the hard work himself. We invite you to stop in for a taste, to meet the man himself, and to support this new small business that is making waves in the local cider community.
Cheers!

Foothills Brewing 2010 Baltic Porter Tapping
A couple months back, when our good friends at Foothills Brewing were celebrating their TWENTIETH ANNIVERSARY (congrats fam!) they were apparently rummaging around in the depths of the cellar and realized that way back behind some other stuff, there was a single keg of their highly acclaimed Baltic Porter collecting dust. Turns out, it was the 2010 vintage of a beer that they only released in 2005, 2007, 2010, and 2014. That’s a 15 year old keg, folks.
Foothills’ Sales Rep Nick called me immediately to see if he would be interested in it, asked permission from the bosses, and got the go ahead to send it our way. Thanks Jamie! Of course, we said “YES!” and jumped at the opportunity. That Baltic Porter is one of my all time favorite brews, one that I have gotten to enjoy on several occasions, and I would love to see them do it again (wink, wink TL!) and Nick knew it.
Once the keg arrived, an old converted home brew keg covered in dust and dirt, we figured we better taste the contents to see if it is still good. And yall, it’s tasty!
But with something so unique and beloved, we didn’t want to just tap it on a random night where those that would truly appreciate it were unable to get some. So instead, we are planning to make a night around it complete with supper.
Register now to make sure you get your pour. Here’s how it works:
Registration includes one Baltic Porter Pour ticket, redeemable between 6 PM and 7:30 PM for your allotted 8 oz pour of Foothills 2010 Baltic Porter.
Registration also includes one Supper ticket, redeemable between 6 and 8:30 PM at the Bear Creek BBQ food truck parked outside for a plate that includes 2 Pulled Pork Sliders with a specially made Sexual Chocolate BBQ Sauce, a side of smoked ham baked beans, and a side of slaw.
After 7:30 PM, we will allow guests the opportunity to purchase additional pours of the Baltic Porter until the keg runs out.
Other drinks are available for purchase, including several Foothills staples.
Bear Creek BBQ will have additional sliders for sale, along with potentially other food items, but the Supper Ticket cannot be used for anything other than the designated plate.
Must be 21 and up to purchase/attend.
This is a unique opportunity to experience a final taste of one of the greatest beers ever produced in Winston-Salem. Space is limited and only 55 tickets are available for purchase. If you are a fan of this particular beer, of Foothills Brewing in general, or of craft brewing history, you won’t want to miss this evening.
Cheers!

Our June wine is as bright and as bubbly as the Summer: RAW “Frizzante” sparkling white.
Here’s Megan from Freedom Beverage take on this one. :
“Megan’s enthusiasm for this gently sparkling wine goes beyond its flavor and eco-friendly packaging—she actually named her cat after the style! In her own kitchen, Megan reuses the resealable bottles for everything from homemade dressings to fresh juices, proof that a great wine can also serve a practical purpose. This fun, casual sparkler is perfect for menus where sustainability matters just as much as taste, appealing to both adventurous sippers and eco-conscious establishments.”
Come grab an 8 oz pour for just $6. One night only!
Originals On The Outskirts
Music is at the core of who we are as humans. We have been composing, playing, singing, since the dawn of time. It is elemental.
So is the experience of enjoying music in a live venue. And while we love just as much as anyone else to hear our favorite radio tunes played on a lovely evening, here at Brouwerij DuBois, we believe that local artists who write and perform their own songs need a platform to showcase their works. Their spirit and creativity only thrives when given a stage on which to let it rip.
That is why our series “Originals On The Outskirts” exists, so that these individuals can keep the juices flowing. Each session will feature two local artists who will only perform original works that they created. And our line up for the Spring is incredible.
On Saturday May 31, our final Spring show, Dylan Wishon and Evan Blackerby, will be on site to show you a good time!
There’s never a cover charge. There’s always a food truck. All shows are on the patio, so please dress accordingly.
We can’t wait to have you!

A Winnie Wine Pour is an 8 oz serving of killer wine for just $6.
One day only. From the time we open, until last call or we run out, whichever comes first.
Our May event features two amazing wines from Wild Hills in Oregon. One is a beautiful Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and the other a Williamette Valley Pinot Noir. Both are lovely. Both will be availble.
Come grab an 8 oz pour of either for just $6. One night only!

May Day Festival & Market
May Day is a celebration of the turning season, fertile soils, and the beauty of life in abundance. At Brouwerij DuBois, this is an opportunity to come together and be merry. So we are hosting our seasonal vendor market along with a number of other activities on Sunday May 4 to commemorate the planting season that way and look forward to the growing season to come.
Vendor Market:
A carefully curated collection of local growers, makers, creators, and collectors will be on site to showcase their wares. We will continually update the list of vendors as we get closer to the date.
Live Music:
Local Singer/Songwriter Hannah Adams will be playing a set of her own original songs from 4-6 PM. There is no cover, and this is a family friendly environment. Feel free to bring a lawn chair or blanket. You're in for a real treat!
Food:
Smoke Revival Meat Company is back y'all! After four unbelievable pop ups last Fall, we have been missing them but the hiatus is over. Smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, and sides are on deck. But be aware that they literally ALWAYS sell out. Don't wait around! They will be serving from 1-6 PM or whenever they sell out.
Beverage Menu:
The taps will be chock full of Spring and Summer favorites including Maibock, Saison, Witbier, and other brews that are irrefutably brewed to be consumed with the sun on your face.
Plus, we will have our Momma's Mimosas on sale for just $5 as is our Sunday tradition, but we are working on a few interesting variants to really capture the season. And on top of that, we will have a beautiful and lively peach wine available by the glass for just $8 all day long or until we run out.
And there's more to come! CLICK HERE to see the Facebook event, let us know you’re coming, invite your friends, and see updates about vendors and more as we approach the date!
We can't wait to see you!
Our Cup Runneth Over
We are so blessed. Blessed with a community that supports us without fail. Blessed with great regulars who love us and have become like family. Blessed with dreams that are coming truer and truer on a daily basis. We are blessed. Our cup runneth over.
This month, our guest bartender is one of our regulars here at the bar: Nicole Brinkley. She and her husband Allen have elected to support Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care Center in Yadkinville, NC an organization near and dear to her heart, as she has had family who were cared for there.
Nicole will be behind the bar from about 6 to 8:30 or so, but proceeds from our entire evening will benefit Mountain Valley. Plus, we will have Hummingbird Food Truck on site serving up delicious burgers, tacos, and more.
Come make an evening out of it, let Nicole serve you a beer, and support a worthy cause all on one night. See ya soon!

TACO TUESDAY!
Join us at Brouwerij DuBois for $2 Corona Lights and $5 Mexican Lager drafts as we enjoy tacos from our good friends South of Brooklyn! Grab a punch card, and when you hit 10 tacos, you’ll get a free taco from them and a little gift card from us. Why not make Tuesday a special occasion!

Classics On The Corner
A number of our regulars at Brouwerij DuBois are gear heads and love to drive their classic cars up to our little corner. So that got us talking about finding a time to get everyone together to do a little mini cruise in, which we were able to do last September. Lo and behold, everyone had a blast, with roughly 20 beautiful classic cars on site and tons of folks rolling through to check em out. We were asked to host again, and you know we can’t turn down a good time!
So we are hosting another rendition of Classics On The Corner, a carefully curated array of vehicles that we invite you to come admire and learn about. Their owners will be on site to share stories, answer questions, and of course, let you take pics.
We will try to post a list of vehicles attending as we get closer. The line up is invitation only as space is quite limited.
We absolutely anticipate having a food truck on site, and will let you know who that will be once we get the details ironed out.
Can’t wait to see you again!
