Two years ago this coming weekend we threw open the doors and welcomed you in. Not just into our humble taproom, but into our hearts, into our family, into communion with one another. And you’ve never left.
This Saturday, all day long, is a celebration of the community that has been built here on our little corner on the Outskirts of Town. We consider this day our love letter, etched in stone, to you. Each and every one of you.
Let’s party!
* Our Anniversary tap lineup is piled up with some unbelievable beers and brands available for pours from the time we open until they sell out or the evening swallows us.
* Live music kicks off at 12:30 PM with four different acts playing on the patio throughout the day. Snag a spot and enjoy the tunes!
* We will host three complimentary toasts throughout the day each with a Belgian or French bent! The full music schedule and toast lineup are linked HERE.
* Our good buddies from Uptown Pizza will be handling lunch from 12 PM to 4 PM Saturday, followed by our buddy Kenny of Kenny’s Smash Burgers fame who is here for supper from 5 PM to 9 PM.
* Nick of Foothills Brewing will be here from 4 PM to 6 PM doing a free Little Trees tasting.
* We are also doing a donation drive for Our Lady of Salem, the Winter overflow shelter for women experiencing homelessness in Winston-Salem. Help us fill up the bed of the pick up with the following items:
Melatonin Gummies
NyQuil/Dayquil (generic is okay!)
Liquid Laundry Detergent (any brand)
Cans of Ground Coffee (regular, NO DECAF)
Powdered Cream and Sugar
If everyone that attends brings an item for the truck, we should fill the bed easily and make a huge impact this winter!
* Finally, we are all about community and connecting people, and you know we like to embrace the old school, DIY methods! So all day long, we will have FREE POSTCARDS for you to send to someone you love. Write a note, add their name and address, and slip it in the mailbox we have on site. It’s that easy. We even provide the stamps. We hope this might spark some re-connection, maybe even a good old fashioned correspondence between friends!
